The same here. It looks like the site was hacked and they have had to
rebuild their database and have (as yet?) only reinstated groups that have
any traffic. Apart from the monthly faq the last thread I saw on
argonet.zfc was last January about Parcelforce. I would leave it for a few
days and if you still want it make a request for it to be reinstated.

At least www.aioe.org website is now back on line and not a place holder
page.

On 2nd Jan when aioe stopped working and I started this thread, I googled
for nntp.aioe.org and was asked if I meant a different combination of
those letters I think oaie and the first hit was for a site with that name
which seemed similar to the www.aioe.org site. It no longer does this so I
wonder if it was due to an attack on aioe to get people to give their
details to this other "spam" site.
