But admittedly, I do have another provider. However, the attachment might cause the problem indeed. Have you tried to provide a download link, rather than send the actual file? As far as I am concerned, it's a much better way anyhow, not the least in terms of huge and cluttered inboxes. Pluto, for one, can get corrupted when archiving lots of mails with large attachments.
