Not sure whether that is a good idea. That probably has consequences
for PostScript printing and PDF generation.
The most likely problem with NetSurf is that this font has a private
encoding file with 286 entries, i.e., more than 256. Not sure whether
that is invalid, but it is certainly unusual. Traditionally, RISC OS
fonts with more than 256 glyphs use a base encoding. NetSurf (or, more
accurately, Rufl) probably only expects 256 entries in a private
encoding file.
