Yes it will.

It's mainly corruption caused by crashing and power loss that will be a 
the problem with SSDs. They don't tend to fail slowly with sectors 
becoming unreadable as can happen with hard drives. When they do fail 
they either go read-only, or completely dead.

DiscKnight supports Filecore format with just about any type of hardware 
that provides standard RISC OS filing system calls.

It does support 4K sectors, but I've not had much feedback from people 
repairing such discs, so please follow the instructions of keeping an 
undo file, and contacting DiscKnight support if you are not sure about 
anything.
