That was the main blocker for me as well.  It took an email to the
author before I found out it creates a file at Choices:dsg.doomrc, which
contains, among other things, key definitions.  There is no front-end to
this section of the file.

The values are lower-case decimal ASCII, with some special
interpretation for arrow keys and the like which I have been completely
unable to fathom.
