My old undeletable sticky has come back! I removed the last version 
because I couldn't find any way permanently to delete stickies.

Many thanks for this. I haven't had time to try it out yet. !Configure 
didn't like merging the !Boot directory for some reason but hopefully it's 
not needed. The main item I'll be looking for is support for copy, paste, 
drag and drop into and from html forms (text and textarea).
