You are not alone! I downloaded a new copy, but it is in fact absolutely identical to a copy I downloaded in 2007! SparkFS 1.57 (the latest, I tink) will open it here, but trying to run from the zip results in Data Transfer Abort at &21312A5c, which is +42C8 in the Zip module (which is v1.52). I have also seen similar messages to you if I try to drag it out of the zip. I have no proof that the zip used to open ok ... but I suspect one of the many SparkFS changes since 2007 may have provoked this.
