I agree that it wasn't entirely clear what he was referring to. But the
full sentence was:
It's a fully qualified array pointer, which has most of the
behaviors of an array.
which implies an acknoledgement that it's *not* an array. I think he
actually meant that it's a pointer to an array, which is correct, and he
used reasonable terminology to refer to it.
(What he then said about that pointer was incorrect; see my followup.)
