May 2011 Maelstrom over for clinical macros

My clinical reporting macros went through 16 changes recently, mostly
in May 2011, but the suite has settled down now and it is a good point
in time to download them if you want to check out the enhancements.
The macros are now in better shape to be incorporated in a metadata-
driven system.
