I am compiling rfc2578 in mcompile of hp insight manager, it is throwing error for 
-- definitions of administrative identifiers
zeroDotZero OBJECT-IDENTITY
STATUS current
DESCRIPTION
"A value used for null identifiers."
::= { 0 0 } <<<<-------- this is where the compiler fails.


Please let me know if it is known error? or let me know how to resolve this error.
