When compiling VLC, it fails due to missing stdbool.h. stdbool.h is tr1,
and it is in local446\lib\gcc\i386-pc-os2-emx\4.4.6\include as well in
446, but not in 454.

I'm not sure this is a packaging problem or a a change of gcc454.
