The pdld author has completed the design for OS/2.

Object code is still all PE/COFF (Windows), but
an option can provide LX output.

A small test program works (I haven't tried it
personally), but my larger test program caused
ArcaOS to hang.

I have uploaded a new pdos.zip but due to an oversight
(will be fixed next build), the makefile.sos will only
run as-is on Windows. A minor change (already committed)
will allow building on PDOS/386.
