Unluckily the Bookshelf, Help etc stuff along with the desktop icons doesn't get installed/updated, so yes you are left with using the drives object or cmd line, oo C:\usr\share\os2\books\cp1.inf oo will execute many a WPS command Don't forget to look at cp2.inf-->Generic IOctl Commands Dave
