The Iron Spring PL/I preprocessor version 0.2.0 has been released for 
both Linux and OS/2.

This version fixes a bug in the lexical scanner that caused the 
preprocessor to drop text following blank lines. The preprocessor now 
accepts bit constants, as well as hexadecimal character and additional 
types of numeric constants.
