You can get it from ftp://ftp.pmoylan.org/software/iniserve_3.0.zip or http://www.pmoylan.org/pages/os2/software.html#iniserve or from Hobbes incoming. INIServe is a client/server approach to the remote editing of INI or TNI files. You need it if you are running (for example) Weasel or FtpServer on one machine but want to manage it from another machine. Source code is included.
