My dick was functioning OK, but I didn't want any more children because of the attendant responsibilities and cost that accompany having children in the USA culture other than the lowest classes. Is it possible that in your culture the state provides for all children? If so, that explains why you don't understand how things work in the USA and why you make inapplicable conclusions.
