'dd' could do the copy too - but you have to be REALLY *+-> ?? sure about the exact dest point on the hdd. *+-The procedure would be: *+- - Create a partition (empty) in that 10g empty space *+- - dd the iso into the partition *+-dd if=/dev/sr0 of=/dev/sdXy bs=1MiB *+-Not sure it can be booted. *+-> ??
