I welcome and appreciate these comments, but am not sure I fully understand
them yet:

*+- - Create a partition (empty) in that 10g empty space

*+- - dd the iso into the partition

*+-dd if=/dev/sr0 of=/dev/sdXy bs=1MiB

*+-Not sure it can be booted.
