I don't think so. I'd make an image of the Linux partition just in case and a copy of the partition table too. In the bad old days Windows would overwrite your boot loader and so you'd need some way of reinstalling it. In these UEFI days you should be able to boot Linux from the UEFI boot menu even if that happens.
