Ah, I have never seen those. Those that I have that can control the colour temperature do so with a remote IR or radio controller; not bulbs, but large fixtures, a flat rectangle. Propane isn't cheap either. I'm preparing to move house, and the new place will have some type of AC working as a heat pump. It is the cheapest method in terms of electricity usage.
