There was an article that told how to lock/unlock with a mobile phone. https://www.begaydocrime.com/ Basically the carts work with a cable buried in the ground that generates electromagnetic pulses. What this noise does is mimic that pulse in your speaker coils to generate that electromagnetic signal near the wheel. And since they're very dumb systems... well, voilà, hacked.
