As I pointed out it's effectively the same as the US. The Nationals form the government until they piss off enough people that Labour gets back in. I will admit NZ First is amusing and doesn't seem to know what it wants to be when it grows up. I certainly don't understand the nuances but a Labour-NZ First coalition?
