That boils down to Labour and National and whoever one of the other can 
suck in to form a government. At the moment it's National, ACT, and NZ 
First, right?  Apparently Jacinda managed to sink Labour and Green with 
her draconian measures. 

Labour screwed the pooch so now you'll have National for a while. It's the 
Democrats and Republicans with a little more drama.
