The platypus was weird enough to have achieved some fame. Didgeridoo? I heard one played many years later but I don't think anyone ever recorded 'Didgeridoo Greatest Hits'. Most of my knowledge of Australia in the early '60s came from 'The Sundowners'. Regretfully I never made it there and at this point in my life endless hours in a flying tin can do not appeal.
