What dark crevice did you pull that out of?  I installed it and it loaded 
the repositories and displayed the available software with no problems. I 
seldom use it but I see no advantage over Discover which is installed in 
the KDE version. 

I started with a fresh install of 41 and now am at 43, upgrading at each 
release. At least in that timeframe dnfdragora wasn't included.
