I interviewed on person who either skimmed the company profile or did no research at all. The interview went downhill fast when he realize the job didn't involve Gerber files and the like. At least he brought skills to the table, if not the right ones. Interviewing recent CS graduates from the local mill was depressing; they idd not get their money's worth.
