If my estimation of height is correct. It's not that difficult. Over the past 25 years many of the old cardiac arrest bee line trails have been replaced with mountain bike friendly switchbacks. I do have one cardio workout that involves climbing up trails created by insane bikers. They would be impossible to ride up but the bikers shuttle to the top of the ridge and ride down. If the grade isn't daunting enough they build a few jumps. I've never been a fast walker but to get much of a cardio effect on level ground I have to get up to 6.5 kph. I can do it but it feels all wrong like some sort of frantic dash. With a 7-8% grade I can walk at a reasonable speed.
