I don't know the extent of the body mods, if any, but I knew someone who 
went from being a stocky, not particularly handsome, middle aged male to a 
stock, not very pretty, middle aged female. His pedantic, sort of pain in 
the ass personality did not undergo any transition. Rachel Levine comes to 
mind.
