I went to the Linux seminar at the library today. The turnout was rather disappointing -- two people. There were three yesterday but I thought there might be more on a Saturday than 2:30 PM on Friday. I did get to see Mint Cinnamon in action and I can see why it's popular with Windows refugees. The guy running the seminars has only be using Linux for a couple of months and it was interesting to see a relative newbie's approach. He brought a terminal up at one point but didn't do anything with it.
