Sensible prices. 20 years ago we had a governor who organized bus trips to Canada to take advantage of the cheaper drug prices to prove the point. He was very popular and a rising star until he made an unfortunate remark about his 'gaydar not functioning' The American Medical Association doesn't consider itself a trade union but it really is the most effective one in the US. The pharmaceutical companies own most of the politicians so there is no help there either.
