Hell no. Native American, First People or Indigenous may be acceptable. 
Chief smacks of cisnormal masculine toxicity. I'm not sure about doctor 
and lawyer. 'Medical practicing person' and 'legal person' might be 
better. Shyster is definitely out; paternalistic with anti-semitic 
overtones.
