You know this how? Were they tested and were shown to be negative? Early 
in the game, April 2020, the inmates of Marion Correction Institution were 
tested.

No masks, no vaccines, no social distancing, and 78% of the inmates tested 
positive, 1950 people. 95% were asymptomatic. In the entire Ohio prison 
system 3312 inmates tested positive. 8 died.
