She was raised as a Methodist but wasn't serious about it. It was a search for something missing. Like many Protestants her church shopping was more about emotion than doctrine. For a while she attended a Congregational church that leaned toward pentacostalism. The people were nice enough had provided support. I went to a couple of their services. I was raised Catholic and the Mass did not include spontaneous outbursts or 'Praise Jesus!' and the like. I think she's into the rapture thing too.
