I don't think it's an exaggeration to say I've driven a million miles in the US and Canada, with a few in Mexico. I've hiked everywhere from the mandrake swamps at the tip of Florida to the rain forests on the Olympic peninsula of Washington state. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nwPDETH2Bn8 I've got most of those boxes checked. I've never been to Alaska but I could see it from Prince Rupert BC to paraphrase Sarah Palin. I'm more interested in land forms and ecosystems than man made artifacts and North America has plenty of variety for me.
