Same sky fairy in this case. It's in the details. Most Christian variations are trinitarian. I'll let someone else argue about the Mormons and a couple of other minor sects. A triune god is hard to wrap your head around. I think many Christians would fall into one of the classic heresies trying to explain it in their own words. Mohamed knew his audience and dumbed it down to one god. Jesus and Mary get an honorable mention.
