I try to ignore polls and most of the hype. A few years back I went to bed 
expecting Hillary Clinton to be the president elect when I woke up. The DJ 
on the radio station I listen to morning was a definite lefty. When he 
played Norah Jones' 'Carry On' I found I'd been mistaken.
