That describes my first ISP. Two guys from UM with a server in the back of 
a golf pro shop. You signed up, got a shell account, and a floppy with 
TIA, Netscape, and Trumpet Winsock.  It beat a dialup Delphi account 
running over a 2400 baud backbone.
