Well... not everybody wants to emigrate. For instance, there are many jobs in the island of Mallorca, specially in summer. But there is no affordable houses or rooms to be had. So the workers sleep in tents or cars instead. They are not poor, they have good salaries. But housing prices skyrocketed.
