Dry, rubbery and sticks in my throat. Yuck! Chicken thighs and chicken wings I can still eat though, as long as they come with a good sauce and are crispy on the outside. Oh, and chicken breast I can eat if it is shredded to tiny pieces in a chicken soup. Then it works!
