   "Tech" mergers/acquisitions ... the main idea is mostly
   cannibalism. All the real expertise gets thrown away early
   and the idea is to profit from the brand name/rep for a few
   years before it's disappeared.

   Solid, well-made/well-backed tech product ??? How 90s !!!
