I don't remember what it was exactly. Someone demanded from authorities 
an old conference in video from somebody, under freedom of information 
act or similar. Found silence, had to insist via court order, till he 
finally got told that the speech was in video and they had the tapes, 
but there was no machine that would play those tape so that they could 
digitize and send the file to him.
