Any volunteers? Some people, effectively, do. I have a mother and daughter on my books; mother had a STEMI (the type of heart attack that immediately needed stents) in her late 50s, very hypertensive, uncontrolled diabetes with eye, nerve complications, blood results suggest she cannot be taking mer meds. Daughter is aware of all this, she just turned 40, developed her diabetes, hypertension, is not taking her meds, laughs when I point out that her mother’s situation is ahead of her if she continues that path.
