I do hope that this project won't > become another abandonware. That's true, Debian have patched it to build their package with newer GCC, but the lead developer (H. Peter Anvin) doesn't seem to be accepting patches anymore. Their latest posts on the mailing list seem to be from Sep. 2023. That might be an issue if the Linux kernel changes something that breaks booting from it, as happened with Grub Legacy and LOADLIN. -- __ __ #_ < |\| |< _#
