Indeed, I don't even get hot feet while using a welder. :) The ground does get very dry and cracked around here, but no issues with the power. Actually I find it surprising that SWER hasn't been more widely adopted overseas. > Not sure if they use that ground for the low voltage circuit though There's a ground stake at the house and I believe under the pole they burried wires parallel to the surface in different directions, but I'm not entirely sure about that, it just gives me something to think about when digging a hole.
