I guess Australia is even more backward - of the banks I use, just
one offers that for "medium to large businesses", so far as I can
find. Perhaps it's available from some separate online card
companies like Wise.

Anyway, then you're placing your faith in the developers of their
"mobile app". I prefer my solution of using debit/pre-paid-credit
cards with only just enough money loaded on before each online
purchase (plus about 10-20% to cover fees which often turn out
to be more than I think they'll be).
