I've noticed it only happens with some programs. With Claws Mail, when I move the mouse pointer to the X to close, the whole box around the x turns blue and I can click anywhere in the box and it will close, the same when playing Freecell. Only when using Firefox ESR do I have the problem, and I use it most of the time. I'm not giving up MX Linux, I'll just learn to live with it.
