It's Schlicter's latest, released a few days ago. It's different from the 
Kelly Trumbull series that tell a linear story. It's set after a second 
civil was that is won by the red states and consists of short interviews 
with those who lived through the war, mostly reds but some blues and 
noncombatants. There isn't a territorial split; the victorious red 
government controls the entire US, like the first time around. Trumbull 
wandering around killing people and breaking stuff is more fun.

The war starts after Trump and Vance are taken out by simultaneous drone 
strikes and he apologizes for killing them off to forward his scenario.
