RunCPM (v5.1) on the TTGO VGA32 (ESP32 with VGA and PS2-Keyb.)

Some time ago coopzone-dc (Derek Cooper) ported the fine RunCPM
to the TTGO VGA32 (a ESP32 with VGA and PS/2-Keyboard and MicroSD)

The original RunCPM is at
https://github.com/MockbaTheBorg/RunCPM

while the fork - which works with the TTGO VGA32 - is at
https://github.com/coopzone-dc/RunCPM

The fork from coopzone-dc is at the v4.4 Level of RunCPM.

I edited the v4.4 fork to the actual v5.1 wich you could download at
https://drive.google.com/file/d/14-3dqRBpfikLLWcsk6qXyRXJnAzkKLb9/view?usp=sharing

For installing this on the TTGO VGA32 you need
- Arduino IDE (actual 1.8.13)
- FabGL Library (actual v1.0.2) in the Arduino IDE
- SDFat Library (actual 2.0.4) in the Arduino IDE
- ESP32 Support in the Arduino IDE
   from https://dl.espressif.com/dl/package_esp32_index.json

For running RunCPM on the TTGO VGA32 you need -at least -  additionally the Files from the Disk/Drive-A file and the CCP-Files from the original RunCPM github-repository.
