Anybody have a copy or a link to an old CACM (?) paper?

I wrote an article some years ago (in 2000 to 2002?) about a way of distributing work-load across the network at the kernel level.  

Title was something like:
"Parcel Computing: Network thread distribution and dispatching at the OS tasking level".

Anybody have a pointer to where that might reside on the web?
