I also have problems holding the phone still while taking the picture, especially at the moment I tap the 'shutter' button. I mostly solve this problem by setting a two-second timer. That gives me enough time to settle the phone after tapping the button and before the picture is taken. That may also help the OP (Jan K.). BUT, for my phone (also a Samsung), the timer is ignored when the camera is set to macro! :-(
