A proposition was called and they needed 65% for it to vote. 62,3% thought it was a good idea, so no vote, not yet. They've been talking about this for years and it's going to happen. Signal already said they will leave Europe if this happens, because the EU's software will break the end-to-end encryption. But Meta and Google? They'll stay and collect you (meta)data. -- s|b
